July 19 & November 15 | If you desire to become a member of the Sheffield Church of God, please complete this form and submit it as soon as possible. A separate form needs to be completed for each person. Membership is offered 2 times a year. The dates for 2020 are July 19th, and November 15th.

Note: Two New Member Classes are required in order to join our church. Classes are scheduled for the Sunday before the Membership date and the Sunday of Membership @ 9:30 a.m. in the Pastor's Office.

Those desiring to take membership must have attended regularly for at least three months. Transfers of membership from another Church of God are excluded from this requirement.

Children - The minimum age to take church membership is thirteen years old.
